I would not suggest this place to vendors. it is under new ownership and the owner does not know how to run a business. My wife rented a booth, actually an entire room. she turned in her notice and the owner mover her out of the room for the new vendor 8 days early and just sat her stuff in the hallway or any where else she could find. Then she said financially she could not give her back her $150 dollar deposit. and then when my wife went to pick up her check from there they did not have it. I would not recommend this...
