The absolute WORST customer service & most unprofessional business owner ever. An employee made a mistake and overcharged me by $85! I was in a hurry but realized it & went right back in within 10 minutes. She said she couldn’t refund my money but offered me a store credit. I insisted on speaking with the manager/owner, who proceeded to tell me (by phone) that she didn’t believe what I was telling her (again, employee was admitting to the mistake). This is the most AWESOME boutique on cedar creek lake if you want the latest trends at the best prices EVER!!! I used to be an online shopper until I discovered this boutique.
