I purchased a small bogg bag about a month ago approx. They mailed mine out last week and I got it but it was defective. ( know because I have 4 other bogg bags . They first said no problem (I sent them a video & pictures proving this, the minute that I noticed-same day it arrived) that they would send me a replacement asap. I was very disappointed because I was going on a trip and really wanted this color of bogg bag I had purchased for it, but i was not going to take a defective one. Then they changed their tune, saying it wasn't defective to watch a video how to fix it (even though I had provided them with pictures & video to SHOW them it wasn't something I could fix) when i messaged them back, they again said no problem ... When I followed back up a few days later, now they said they didn't send a replacement that I would have to wait until they get the defective one and then they would SEE if they would send a replacement one then... I don't have time for this and i lost trust in them long ago now.. so I guess it's my loss and I'll keep the defective bag. I don't need to send it back (have to go to the post office, wait in line etc.. and then they say they didn't get it or something like that) I JUST. WILL NEVER purchase from them again. I rather give my business to trust worth small business owners , and not ones who take your money and send you a defective product and do nothing about it to make it right as soon as they could have. Sally was in a zipped stroller for about an hour. I checked out and was told by a man at the door âYou have to leave the storeâ. What?!? I was not allowed to let my other Friend know I was leaving. I did and took my Sally to the car. Went back in and returned my purchase. A Lady, about 35 years old heard him. She put over $200 worth of merchandise on the counter and left it. I am usually checked out by the tall guy with dreads. Heâs always extremely helpful, quick, and kind. I appreciate his approach to work. The managers are also extremely helpful if you are looking for a particular item that is not on the shelf. If they donât have it, they WILL bend over backward to help you find it at a nearby store.
