Watches Unlimited — Local services in Macon

I bought a Seiko watch here six months ago. When it stopped working I thought it was the battery and brought it to a respected jeweler near my home who has replaced batteries in my family's watches for years and who has also repaired some jewelry for me. He inserted the new battery and the watch still didn't work. He then told me that the problem wasn't the battery and suggested I bring the watch, which is still under warranty, back to Watches Unlimited. The people at Watches Unlimited looked at it and said that there was a broken part inside the watch and that my jeweler must have broken it when he replaced the battery. I called the jeweler who adamantly denied breaking anything. Given the level of experience of the jeweler, the fact that it's not difficult to replace a battery, and my confidence that he wouldn't undermine our relationship by lying to me, I highly doubt that he broke the watch. I then asked the people at Watches Unlimited what I should do. They said I should mail the watch to Seiko. I asked whether they could contact Seiko for me, but they said no. They told me that the warranty is with Seiko, not them. They totally washed their hands of it. My...

Went here looking for a stainless steel all silver bracelet didn’t want anything fancy just something simple. It was the older Chinese guy who was there and told him what I was looking for he showed me a $40 bracelet and I asked him repeatedly “is it stainless steel” he said yes so i purchased it, less then 24 hours the bracelet started changing colors my wrist had green on it (stainless steel doesn’t tarnish or change colors by the way so if it does it’s not stainless steel so he lied) took it back to him and showed him and he told me “since you wore it we can’t take it back” he refused to let me exchange the item out,refused to refund me, and told me not to come back to his store please take your money somewhere else because if you run into any issues there not gonna fix it unless you pay them more money....

Very bad service!!!!! I bought a gold princess cut grill and they sent me plain gold! I stay inn Tifton ga and the store is in Macon ga. I already had to wait 9 days after paying my money! Now they saying "we can remake it" and I said "no buddy I just want my refund". And they say no refund but its not...
