My experience was beyond awful. I visited No name chicken regularly the last couple of times my wings and fries were Luke warm. So I decided to give No Name Chicken a break for a while. Yesterday, 7/11/24. My son asked if we could get No Name chicken, so I took him there. After placing my order I asked the lady if I could get my food fresh. And she gave me a long lecture with straight faced, and in a nice nasty tone. About how all of their food is fresh and cooked to order. And they don’t have old food there. I aware of their no refund policy. So I kept my kool and went and park after she rudely told me to go park. As I waited for an unusual amount of time without the beeper buzzing. I went to the drive thru. I asked the lady if my food was ready and she said, yes, with a smirk on her face. When he gave me the bag it was wet. Where the food had sat and sweated in the bag. I said I’m not accepting this old wet food. She said “ well we don’t give refunds. She had box open yelling at me and spit was coming out of her mouth. I said, “ I can’t get a refund and you are talking over my food like that and in addition to that it’s wet.” She slammed the window in my face. I continued to sit there then she came back to the window and said. I’m not giving you a refund. I’ll redo the food. She redid the food by cooking the same food over. Causing it to be over cooked and too greasy.
She continued yelling and disrespect me in front of my young son. I asked her why was she being mean and disrespectful to me. I said is it because this is not your business and you don’t care if you run the customers away or is it because I’m black and you feel entitled to disrespect me. She pretended to get even more upset unset when I used the word black. And yelled out “I have black grand children”. I asked for the managers contact info. She said I am the manager. I then asked for the owners info. She refused to give it to me. The lady need to be placed on leave until she goes to anger management classes and customer service classes. Read moreI'm so angry right now I ordered 3 boxes of chicken (2) 8 piece with fries (1) 12 piece with fries all to get home and every box had missing pieces.I called to speak with manager she didn't even give me a chance to tell her what was wrong,she told me .They got signs all around no refund etc and to bring my food back & the receipt cause that's there policy and she highly all boxes had missing pieces as if I am just lieing in spite that it was after 10:00 pm ,I asked her what time they closed she said 10:30 so in others words by the time I get there they will be closed and no refund etc.and she hung up in my face .Poor service ,bad management ,and extremely bad policy no refund.Oh & she said that you thet recommend you check your food before you l leave .. 😂 for the one that's walking up to the window to order & line long as the river lol 😀 your bags in the freezing cold / or the heat.Cause No Name chicken got time for u to hold others people up especially does on lunch break. Three months ago, we went to the Watson Blvd location and it was highly disappointing. Due to the fact that they now serve miniature wings, where as we had always received normal sized wings before. I wrote a review and they responded by letting me know that they were having a issue with the supplier and to be patient. So today due to convenience I visited the Bloomfield location and NOTHING has changed. I spent $28 for 15 miniature wings and to big piles of rice. As much as I like their sauces, I am done.
