First off we waited all day for them to bring the items. They said around 11am then between 12-2pm then they came around 3:30pm. When they came they left items including funiture pcs, a power cord and a drill to put the items to together. They advised me to call and speak with Billy in regards to the missing items. So I called on three way with my spouse who supposed to be busy at work. And now mind you I also just come home from having foot surgey, which they knew because they seen me in the store with the surgical boot. Anyways once Billy gets on the phone he was extremtly nonchalant once I explained he said well thats all that was here, I wasnt here yesterday, so I dont know what to tell you, instead of saying I apologize for the inconvience let me do some reasearch and back to you. Well I told Billy I was getting more upset and I did not want to speak with him to eliminate any further issues. So their even more powertripping rude Regional manager calls my phone and goes Mr. such and such not hello let me speak just Mr. such and such so I say nothing and conference my spouse in again. So I begin to tell what happened to the Regional manager goes I'm not speaking to you so I say I'm not dealing with this so the regional manger says we'll come back and get the stuff which is really a violation of the contract between them and my spouse because you cant negiate from a contract based off of an outside party because of your feelings when in fact yall MESSED UP. But anyhow I said yeah come back and get your stuff then the Regional manger goes well thats up to Mr. such and such referring to my spouse so my spouse says what about the missing items and why are yall being so disrespectful toward my wife infront of me? So the regional manager proceeds to say those are stock photos. So I got extremly upset mind you they know im recovering from surgey and I say to my spouse no we are not doing this tell them to come get their stuff the regional manager acts as though he was going to yell over me and I below up because who do you think your talking to? Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would the manager was nice and very welcoming and a very good sales man as for the Associates none of them have a clue Shay never knows what’s going on and always transfers you to the finance guy who is extremely rude and unprofessional I thought I would have an experience different from Rent-A-Center or AARONS and it was exactly the same what’s on the website doesn’t even match up to what’s in the store and if you do want some thing that’s not in the store you have to wait 6 to 12 weeks if not longer just like Rent-A-Center and Aarons the delivery man came to my house and left black marks all up my stairs and on my walls because they were not careful the bed that was delivered was non-functioning they claimed it was the remote we had to do our own research and call a company that makes the bed just to figure out that it was the control box under the bed that was broken The delivery man put several light scratches on a table that was brand-new when I received it while putting it together and there is electrical tape and duct tape on all of the corners of the bed as if it was dragged and not taken care of. After getting everything sorted out I called today to set a payment arrangement and double my payments and I was told that I can’t because it’s my first payment when technically my deposit was my first payment. Read moreAs we were walking into the store, we noticed a salesman standing behind the desk. We made eye contact with him and asked questions about their products. He stared @ us as if we had no business in his store and NEVER responded or greeted us. We were very interested in buying a bed and told him. He never moved from his desk ,offered any assistance or communicated. We were the Only customers present (11am)and asked him why he was being rude. He simply shrugged his shoulders and turned his back to us. I could not believe how we were treated! His behavior was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! You would think that a person skin color is no longer a factor in being assisted but... we never received greetings or assistance even after complaining to him about his behavior.
