I just found out that this store and on Arkwright Rd. has been recently sold and is under new management by an Indian family; they are friendly. For the time being, they still have the same great staff, but they no longer offer 10% discounts throughout the week for both wine or liquor, and their prices have increased. I purchased 4 bottles of rum, tequila & whiskey last week, I went back today, and discovered the prices went up for the same items that I was going to purchase as gifts. While the store is being completely rearranged (in an odd, drab way) there were barely any price tags on the shelves, so I didnt find out about the price hike until I got to the register. I was also looking for something specific and he walked all the way and showed me where it was at and then made friendly conversation. Most stores the associates seem to just barely point you where to go or just tell you what aisle to go to and seem like your bothering them when you ask them a question. I was far from disappointed. You may have to ask for some of the rare bourbons, since they're likely in back and not on the shelf. But, even what's on the floor is an amazing selection.
