I am assuming he is the owner. He was extremely rude to me as a customer. I had placed an online order to which I saw my food sitting on the counter behind him. I received a message saying my food was ready prior to me walking in the store. The young lady at the register was the only one who greeted me and asked me to wait a second. The other guy who I am assuming is the owner, kept calling people for their orders, NEVER addressing me. He then looked at me and told me to "move". I instantly became offended as a customer. You haven't addressed me and you are disrespectful by telling me to move. I told him the correct way to address me as a customer was to say, "excuse me". Another customer in the store felt he needed to "defend his honor" by telling me I was wrong and acting a fool. He had no place to say anything to me. I will be making contact with his job, Coca-Cola in the morning to make a report as well. I may look like a little "black" child but I'm definitely not. He wouldn't have tried me if a man were standing there with me. That's the type cowards we deal with. I will not be patronizing this location again even though they offer good food options for me. Wings were not crispy like we wanted but waited for them to be recooked which was fine what wasn't fine was the attitudes of the two young ladies running the register, my husband asked a question and she responded I don't know what the cooks do and continue doing what she was doing, he simply asked if they re drop wings or cook another order, he came back and sat down (was in the rest room) and told me when I came back so I politely asked the other lady she too snapped at me .. I then told her if there was a problem we will just cancel, she then started arguing at me asking what was the problem, I explained to her they both have bad attitudes and body language I too work in the industry and don't understand how people can run a store with girls treating customers the way they do, if you don't want to be there find another job don't take it out on me and my hard earned $ will not go back to...
Read moreLady at the counter would not even acknowledge me or greet me. I looked at the menu for a moment and stepped to the counter. Normally this is when the cashier takes your order in case you guys need to know how this works. Without saying a word still, she spins around and messes with stuff on the back counter and just walks into the kitchen. Unless you want to feel like an inconvience, I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant. I'm not the only one who has complained about this here, seems like management doesn't mind. I would never allow someone with that attitude to work for me. Didn't wait on her to return, just left and I will never go back...
