“The customer is not at fault for not checking their pickup order before leaving the restaurant, even if it contains extra food. It's the restaurant's responsibility to ENSURE the order is correct BEFORE handing it to the customer. However, it's always a good practice for the customer to quickly glance at their order to verify its accuracy, BUT NOT doing so DOESN’T make them LIABLE for the restaurant's mistake.”
Do better Hmong Legacy, don’t blame your customers for your failure to ensure your customers are picking up the right catered dishes they ordered. Hmong legacy loves to treat their customers badly and throw shade at their customers, when it comes to pick up orders, that Hmong Legacy messed up themselves.. Do not forget that it is your loyal and returning customers, which is the reason your store in the Madison Wisconsin area flourishes. A returning customers who spends hundreds on your stores goods/products and food, is worth a thousand times more than trying to blame your customers for your own mistakes. DO BETTER IN YOUR CUSTOMER...
Read moreI previously ordered food from there from 2018-2020 (maybe 3x) and it was good, but I prefer them to not charge 0.50 for each sweet and sour sauce and pepper…. It should come with the food like any other vendors would. People will definitely want to eat their eggrolls with sauce. Imagine buying a dozen. Their prices are a bit higher than Global and Madison Oriental Hmong store on the Northeast side.
I recently ordered their nava and probably won’t come back for it again. Quality isn’t there. I asked if I can have it not too sweet by adding more coconut than honey, and they added a little bit of honey and coconut & then added water to dilute it (I know because they did it in front of me)….. the tapioca also tasted 2 days old but it could be because they put it in the fridge. It’s $4.25 for nava here. However, I rather make a drive to Madison Oriental Market on North Sherman Ave.
I think the deli can work on food taste...
Read moreGreat family run market with a nice selection of SE Asian foods. There is also fantastic deli that serves all of the Hmong favorites, with many made to order items as well as grab-and-go items. I like to get spring rolls, egg rolls, pork belly, Hmong sausage, and sweet noodles from the grab and go area. The larb is made fresh to order and takes time. It can be made with chicken or beef (both include tripe), with sticky rice for an extra charge. Its one of the best larbs in the city. The place is family run so don’t expect a ton of formality. The larb and other made to order items take time, but are delicious and worth the wait. It can get busy and they frequently sell out of items, so call ahead if you...
