Another edit 1/19/25 WOW! JUST WOW! PLEASE BE ADVISED WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ WHO READS policy right ? Well firehouse just changed theirs. Take a look at it. I was appalled at what I read !! DID YOU KNOW- IF YOU use them and order online you're in a binding contract with them and they have no obligation to refund or re make incorrect orders??? Once you open their page you're all theirs. They will take your money and legally can't be held accountable if they make any errors. Go ahead go and read some of their policy. It's absurd! Most people will never read and will never know. This is low. Very low.
Good thing there are wonderful organizations to help consumers. I'll list a few just in case anyone else would like to call and report anything of wrong doing in the past from this establishment. From their own personal experience. It's time to hold these multi BILLION DOLLAR companies responsible- fanchise or not. They are wealthy from cheating their customers. We paid for food and did not recieve what we ordered (receipt correct. Food wrong) HOW is that okay- seriously ??? They would not even re make the food!!! All I wanted was dinner for the family. Something that could have and should have been SO simple. Here we are a whole month later and the company is still ignoring me.

EDIT again. I've now also tried calling customer support and messaging them. This company is not a good business and I will no longer EVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. This will turn to a more public matter heavily investigated since I cannot get anyone with morals to call me about resolving this ongoing issue of over 2 weeks now. Scamming people from their money is NOT good business. Ignoring them is even worse.

Should have returned my phonecall and voicemail to resolve the issue. You WILL be given the wrong food here They WILL NOT correctly make it NO communication with the "workers" MANAGER avoids calls and issues COME AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Review 1 We tried to place the order online. Went to check out and under every sub it said it wasn't available. Waste of time. Call to place the order, told it will be ready in 20min. We didn't leave with our food until 30 min AFTER the 20 min we waited before going to pick it up. So total it took 50min to make our order. Ordered a large orange flavor diet coke. Got a diet orange Fanta so the worker changed it. After the extra 30min wait we got our food. Checked it in the car and realized our chicken salad had no chicken, we ordered a med. Meatball sub and large steak sub with the bread NOT toasted. We got a large meatball sub and a medium steak sub and the bread WAS toasted. Our chips we ordered were also not in the bag. Only 1 of the 5 subs had a pickle spear. Overall a terrible experience when spending almost 100.00. Oh and the male worker was trash talking our order while we sat there and over heard him. Then he asked the lady at the register "are they here for the order yet" .....um ya I just heard everything you said. Rude. There was one worker who definitely appeared new. The lady at the register was nice and the food was okay. But terrible experience and way too many errors. And don't tell me my order will be ready in 20 min when really it will be 50 and I get stuck sitting waiting in there for 30min. Very disappointing. I have an allergy to chicken and turkey. I know it's a rare allergy and I have some patience with people who don't get it. I would still go to this restaurant because they have good sandwiches. I want to say that at the get-go. They do have very good sandwiches. However, I went there today and I asked the guy at the order station if there's any chicken or turkey in the salami or pepperoni. I had to ask about nine different ways and he couldn't answer my question. He just said they come in a big sleeve of meat and we have no idea what's in them. I don't believe that. I think they come in boxes and then the sleeves are in the boxes and on the boxes are labels. Any kind of decent customer service would involve the guy saying I'm not sure but let me check and then running back to the cooler and check in the label on the box. That's not that big of a deal. I'm not asking for the moon, just what ingredients are in the salami. Read moreThis location is close to where I work but I will no longer go here. Although the place is clean and the employees are polite, the customer service, wait times, and prices are a let down. Last time I ordered a sandwich to go, something went wrong because myself and many other customers were waiting over 15 minutes to get our orders. I visited today and it was slow - only one other person in line besides myself. The employee at the register told me she had "a bunch of orders" to enter and then she would take mine. I was surprised that with only two people in line, she decided it would be a good time to catch up on whatever these orders were instead of taking the order of customers that drove to the restaurant to get food at lunchtime...
