I would like to say that this is my first time ever purchasing a audio video system. I was very skeptical at first because two companies that visited my home seemed OK. But when I started to ask questions about prices, the best way to go, I got the feeling they were just trying to sell us a system. And I also felt that they thought I could not afford such a system because I was African American. However, when I first ran into Mozaic and met Michael, he did a fantastic job of of explaining different kinds of systems. He showed me different systems and projects he and his team worked on. I was just struck by his attention to detail when I began to ask questions. I was skeptical about projector systems, but after he explained to me why there was such a difference in how a picture looks on a TV and a projector that helped me make a decision. I was also struct by how knowledgeable Mike was of this equipment and all that went into getting a system. Michael went as far as to show me what good sound sounds like. He asked me to sit in front of some speakers and what I heard was simply amazing. After my first meeting with Mozaic and Michael, i was sold to go with this company to do my new audio video room with my theme of Star Trek. The process of getting the parts took a long time because of COVID, but it was worth the wait. As the process started, Michael made good suggestions to me and his team were very friendly and responsive to all of my questions being that this is my first time ever purchasing projector system with movie quality sound. Mozaic went as far as to give me the room that I would love. He worked with my budget and suggested improvements where he could. Watching this process take place and the attention Mozaic put into installing my system was amazing. The team members no matter what they were doing, they always checked with me on things like is it OK to do this here or there. I am truly amazed at me new system and love the sound. Mozaic even comes out to make sure things are good to go even after the project is done. This is a company that truly put customer service on a level I have not seen in decades. The installers truly love their work and making sure everything sounded the way it was suppose to sound. I would recommended this company to anyone willing to make an investment in their man-cave to make it right. Going from a high def TV to a projector takes some adjustment and getting real movie theatre sound in your man cave is the best thing. I've attached before and after photos of my mancave. I recently contact Michael (the owner) about wanting some sort of sound bar setup in my home. Based on my research, I thought I already knew exactly what I wanted. After a few minutes on the phone with Michael, I quickly realized that he had a much greater breadth of knowledge regarding different brands of sound bar and the varying technologies and driver types that they use. After my conversation with him, and being informed of some pros and cons for some different sound bars, I ended up making a selection that was very different from my initial choice. I had initially wanted "Brand X" which is sort of the inventor of the simulated surround sound-bar genre as we know it today and is an all-in-one solution (powered sound bar with included wireless sub). What I ended up with was a higher quality passive sound bar (requiring external amplification) that doesn't use gimmicks to simulate surround, but instead delivers 3 channels of true audio (FL, CTR, FR).

Two key things that I should point out: 1.) I had a cap on what I was willing to spend, and 2) I needed this thing in my hands very quickly. Even though Michael's advice steered me in a different direction than I had originally intended, he stayed within my parameter of max price AND was able to rush order the sound bar so that I would get it within the timeline I needed.

Beyond my interaction with Michael, I also used Mozaic AV to install the sound bar since it would involve running 3 channels of speaker wire through the wall and into a side cabinet, setting up my receiver and subwoofer, and then tuning the whole system to sound its best. The installation professionals from Mozaic were on time for the install and completed the whole thing in much less time than I had anticipated. They were very thorough (but still fast!) with their work, taking time to do everything neatly and then to make sure that all receiver sound settings and subwoofer placement were optimal.

The entire process from designing the correct system to meet our needs, to receiving an excellent quote, and finally the installation and thorough explanation of operating the system was completed in an exceptionally professional manner. Upon our initial meeting, Michael Johnson, presented himself to be very professional and knowledgeable. I did not get the "Car Salesman" that tried to upgrade and sell things that we did not need. Mr. Johnson listened to what our needs were and educated us on the types of systems that would provide us with the capabilities that we desired keeping everything nice and simple which was our main goal. The installers came and did an excellent job of installing the system ensuring that everything was put together neatly and operated exactly the way we envisioned. The installation took a few days which is what we were told and the installers made sure to keep the area cleaned up everyday as well as keeping us informed on their progress. Upon completing the installation we were also given thorough instructions on operating the system. They took the time to answer any questions that we had and never made it seem as though any questions that we had were "dumb" questions. Everyone that we worked with at Mozaic was very polite and respectful. We have several more jobs that we need completed in our organization and I look forward to working with Mozaic again. I work for the Government and our project was a conference room audio/video upgrade. Since, I work for the Government, I am required to get at least three quotes from different vendors and select the vendor that will provide the best value for Government dollars spent. I actually got four quotes from different vendors and Mozaic was the best in every aspect without a doubt in responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge, value, and...
