If you want to experience that nostalgic customer service, where every single employee has a fervent (yet genuine) personality with a willingness to serve their customers, go to the Town Madison location! (I’m not exaggerating, it’s a magical experience at this location! ) I’ve witnessed a man, speak to every last human being in this establishment and watched him build an instant rapport with families with his smile. I live in Clift farms, and there’s a closer location to me but for me, it’s quality of customer deliveries over proximity. I’ll spend my gas money with pride just be apart of this environment. Y’all! Run, don’t walk to Town Madison Taco Mama in Madison, Alabama! My family moved to Huntsville over the summer, and I knew about the chain from my college days in another city. We tried a few locations before we landed on Town Madison as our go to, and we have been going at least once a week ever since! It all started for the AMAZING FOOD & EXCELLENT SERVICE, but we return time and again for THE STAFF!!! Walking in to Taco Mama Town Madison is such a warm and inviting experience. It begins with greeters like Riley or Jackson who have the menu memorized and are always ready to welcome you with the warmest of smiles or help you in any way possible. Jared & Emmy make the most incredible margaritas! Evan keeps the register moving so no one is waiting in line too long! Big Mac makes sure the food orders are accurate. Every time I friends or family wanted to go to Taco Mama, I never was really excited to go because I never really thought the food was that great, UNTIL I CAME TO TM TOWN MADISON. I don’t know what they do, but their food is so much better than the other ones around HSV.

Not only is the food really good, the staff is even more amazing. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and service is very fast.

The 2 managers that I’ve seen working have got to be some of the best managers of any place of business. They are very friendly and love to make conversation with the customers and make you feel very welcome. Great managers are hard to come by in most occupations, but these two are great. If I ever came back to food service I would definitely apply here. Not only are the customers always happy, you can tell the staff is treated well too. This type of management style needs to be everywhere.
