Northside Town Center — Local services in Madison

It looks like the old Sherman Plaza changed its name to shake off its "former" image. Haven't been up there since the co-op and goodwill moved in. Plan on visiting those soon. Was going to go up there yesterday but decided not to because it was the weekend and it is a pretty sketchy area these days. I'll go during the week in the morning when less sketchy people are around. Good place to get robbed in the parking lot, especially at night.

I have never eaten at Subway. One time I tried to buy a sandwhich for a woman who was standing outside. She ordered several sandwhiches and had her friends come inside and order their own. In less than five minutes I was suddenly surrounded by hungry mouths and ended up paying $75 for an obscene amount of sandwhiches. I didn't buy groceries that week. And I've still...

A wonderful strip mall on the north side of Madison that has undergone a significant transformation in the past year. It has added a Willy Street Co-op store and a new Goodwill store.
