Let me start with this -- if you want to be gaslit by the manager because your have any difficulty with your appointment or it's been four to six months since you made the appointment and you forgot a small detail of the process -- this is your place.

I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. Wait four months+ for a pre-surgical PHONE CALL for my kitten to be neutered, in which case he is no longer even a kitten at this point and may start spraying any time now... now it's day of said pre-surgical phone call, which by the way, I emailed to confirm again two months ago... and I still haven't received the phone call which was scheduled a half hour ago. I have called their number 15 times in the last half hour, left a voicemail AND emailed them since they have literally responded to poor reviews on here for their lack of communication and a phone number that might as well not even exist... where they said to email them because they literally don't answer the phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I've waited four+ months for this appointment... only to wait another "16-18 weeks" to actually schedule the surgery... my "kitten" will be a full grown adult at that point. After an hour of waiting for my phone call, I finally received a LENGTHY email... would have been quicker to just call me back... where they stated I was supposed to call them, and enter a PIN -- so that's on me, apparently, though confusing because in a previous conversation they said they'd call me. And even IF the procedure is for me to call them, why would the vet not have given me a call a few minutes post-appt to check in and see if perhaps I was having an issue with the system? Or perhaps see if there was a miscommunication (which there was) that I was supposed to call them... What kind of customer service is this? At this point I will not be continuing services with this clinic. I am...

Tl;dr For an affordable and caring place to take your pet, especially to be fixed, I Cannot recommend this place enough.

The staff here is amazingly kind and informative and the procedure from start to finish was so easy. Their handling of my kitties recent visit was the best vet visit I've had in my long history of pet ownership. They were extremely efficient without losing any professional demeaner. The scheduling could not have been easier, everything done online and was able to get in the same week I made the appointment, which in my experience almost never happens. When you show up at 730 the morning of apt you'll fill out a short amount of paperwork and get an informative run down with the group of anyone else also scheduled that day, of the procedure and the after care for your little one as they take them off to get ready. The pick up time window is super flexible, from 4-6pm, and super easy. Upon arrival they go over details of surgery and aftercare. Give you meds and make sure you fully understand them. After payment, you're good to go. I especially loved that the receptionist was as in love with my kitten as I am, so it was fun to get to banter a bit, but something tells me she's just really that sweet and good at her job.
