Pizza Pit - Madison West — Restaurant in Madison

OK, where did I start? I logged onto their web site where they have a menu and pricing. The family and I made our choices and I placed the call. Ironically the$34 worth of food I choose wound up coming to $52? When questioned I was told the pricing on the web site was wrong. Nice, the $18 over charge wasn't worth fighting the family on new restaurant. I keep getting conflicting pricing when on the phone, so when the food came I asked for an itemized receipt which the delivery guy didn't have. Now lets get to the food.We ordered 20 wings which were flavor less and rubbery. We ordered a taco pizza which was like a cheap frozen pizza with stale nachos on top? Greek salads were with little toppings, but the lettuce was fresh. The meal was finished off with baklava and the not so free Ice cream the website promised. Very disappointing. I grew up with Pizza Pit and have always liked them. I was happy when the westside location reopened. Unfortunately, our order tonight was a disaster. They didn't do contactless delivery. I had to find a mask and sign a receipt. Who does that anymore? The driver said he was the general manager of the store, and was rude and unfriendly. He gave me a hard time about not shoveling, when it had snowed one inch and was still snowing. What are we supposed to do? Also, the wings were small and generic breaded style. No drummies. The side sauce was so bad , we used leftover Glass Nickel sauce. I miss the old Pizza pit/ extreme wings. The pizza was like cardboard. Cold and unappetizing. Not good. Almost no sauce, and an insane amount of sausage. Not at all balanced. We would have been better with a $5 frozen pizza. I work right around the corner from pizza pit I love their gyros. But I noticed the difference in the price the second time i ordered there I talk to them they explained it okay the next time I order it was a different price again and to make it so bad it was even more. I have been over charged there 3 times in the last month my coworker as well. This last time my co-worker brought it up they acted as if we were trying to get something for free or not pay for the meal telling her "I had this conversation with you before" They do not have good customer service, they are falsely advertising meal prices than charging something total different. The store is not the cleanest but I like the food it is a shame I will NEVER go back there again they will not steal any more money from me. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go there.
