Robbie is such a good and personable guy. He has always been willing to try and help you out with whatever you need in the timeframe you need it. You can tell he really loves what he does, and he has a passion for jewelry. He doesn't sell any junk in his shop, and any alterations or work he does to your jewelry is 1st rate professional work. His prices reflect that, but I can truly say with confidence that you get what you pay for. Many years ago now I got a great deal on an 18 karat White Gold Diamond Engagement ring from an acquaintance. It was an antique, and required some work, but I wanted it to propose to the woman who is now my wife, because it had the potential to be much nicer and higher quality than anything I could afford to buy new. I took it to Robbie, he fixed a broken clasp arm on the diamond, centered the diamond, sized it to her finger, and cleaned/polished it to a high sheen. He expedited the work order because I told him I needed it done ASAP for a proposal I already had planned, and he didn't charge me anything extra. He returned it to me in as-new condition in less than a week. My high end watch needed the bands replaced . So I ordered the bands and Robbie himself told me he could swap them out " no problem" he said !!! He kept my watch for 1 month !!! After he told me it was ready I was looking foward to wearing my watch again until I saw the job he had done !!!! Not only did he do a horrible job he only did half a job !!!! He scratched my rose gold case up terribly and only put one of the bands on and tore the new band up putting it on !#! He said he left the other side off because the old one was good !!!
