Excellent care with wonderful hearts at this facility! The staff are all amazing really trying their absolute best to care for each person. I cannot say enough about the care they provided for my Dad. Amy in Admissions is easy to reach and will go the extra mile to help; Holly in Social Services is very communicative and helpful; Sabrina, The DON, is top notch with her professional and people skills; Brad and Sonya in therapy are AWESOME! A shout out to Babette, Vivian, Heather, Marjorie, Crystal, and I only wish I could remember everyone’s names. Even the kitchen staff and aides are superb! 1 star is way too much . No idea how anyone could leave a good review . This place allowed a memory care patient to enter my mom’s room at night & attack her . My mom just had a massive surgery days prior and was there to heal . They serve terrible inedible food after paid $500 per day from United health . United health has since said they will remove them from their network. The ceilings are leaking too. They said they have no way out of preventing it from happening again because they don’t have the means to keep them away from other people . Mom had to file police report & we are praying she’s...

The people at Monroe health & rehabilitation center are absolutely wonderful. Everyone, from the cleaning lady to the direction, are so loving and caring.
