Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Madisonville

I'm a big Pizza Hut fan, but this first time shopping at the Madisonville store was disappointing. When I first called in to order, the phone was answered, and then immediately hung up. I called back, and I asked where they were located? "Right next to Ingles. We've been here since 1984". I got the feeling it was expected I should have known that. I placed my usual order, and was surprised at the price. It was twice as much as I had been paying at other Pizza Huts. When I picked up the pizzas, the young man running the register seemed to have difficulty. When I got back and tried the pizza it was very disappointing. No sauce was visible, and that is the one thing that sets Pizza Hut apart. It may have been an off day, but it will be awhile before I give them another chance. I placed order and got home and was completely wrong. Called local office and someone in Florida answered and of course couldn’t answer my question. They put me thru to the Madisonville TN office and I waited for an hour and no one answered. All I can say an Indian person took take order from several states away and they don’t care if ur order is wrong.To bad I can’t give them a negative number I have been on the phone for 3 hours and 30 minutes. While waiting on my order, we watched them drop and mess up an order of pizza they still put in the box. Now in all honesty I don't know if they were still giving it out to the customer,but they just threw it into the box and I heard the worker say just put it back in there,like they were still going to give the messed up pizza away, but again I'm not sure. I only witnessed them drop and mess the pizza and then put it into the box instead of throw it away. What they did after I have no idea. I got my order then left. Hopefully it didn't go out. Lol.
