Salesmen are un-necessary for furniture. Ranks right up there with mattress salesmen. I'm buying a couch made in a Chinese sweat shop. Not a 60k BMW. But I digress. I walked in and was rudely told by two old women that I needed a mask. I declined and then they tried to start "helping" me find a couch. I refused their help due to their rudeness and them telling a CUSTOMER what to do as soon as I stepped in the store. So, I walked around the store and found a couch that I liked. Saw that it was Ashley brand. Since I refuse to work with someone on a power trip about dust masks...especially when they work for commission....I jumped on this thing called "a smart phone" and after browsing three online competitors, I ordered the couch directly from Ashley who price matched and offered free shipping before I even left...

No the going above and beyond was the fact that I picked up the furniture and didn't pay for delivery.
