Walgreens — Local services in Madisonville

Once again walgreens north main in madisonville ky never ceases to disappoint. Walgreens is at the entrance to my neighborhood and is conveniently located for me and my family. My wife just came home telling me that one of the clerks told her the next time she came in to leave her purse at the door because people are stealing. For a 20 year old to instruct a 50 year old to leave here purse at the door the next time she comes in because people are stealing from the store. I do not know who's idea it was. I. Sure it wasn't the 20 year old but one of the most idiotic ideas I have ever heard. If your goal is for the people who pay for your product to continue to come in that store you need to be on the same respectful level as we are. Me and my family are done with this store. I do not or ever will condone stealing from anyone. Right leave your purse that cost 3 times as much as you are spending and let the their...

My husband to have his medicine filled and then when he goes to pick it up they say it was never called in. So he proceeds to have them fill it and of course it takes sometime so he left and came back in about 15 minutes and the same car that was sitting in the drive thru when he left was still there. The ladies working at the pharmacy were very rude and did not apologize for not filling his medication on the day he called nor apologize for the wait or the rudness. Honestly it makes me not want to do business with that Walgreens because of there staff. Not only did this happen but he left his ID and no one called and let him know. They were just gonna let him drive around without his license....

Watch your dates and prices. The store has an issue with rotating stock apparently. Also, if an item is on clearance make sure it rings up properly. Item didn't ring up for clearance price, when I questioned it the girl at the register condescendingly told me that she had just checked this and the clearance price was for the old packaging.

If you just checked it, and there was no product with old packaging take the clearance tag off the shelf.

Also, don't be a condescending. It turns what would have been a "meh, whatever" situation into a negative...
