I really enjoyed this little spot on my way traveling through Madisonville. I would recommend this as a go to BBQ spot if you are wanting to fill up on some good food. I wasn't blown away, and it is certainly tasty and had its own unique atmosphere and BBQ compared to other places around here.

I would recommend this as a great local place if you care about that, along with an average amount of food for the price. If you want BBQ in this town, this is the place for you.

My wife and I went on a Friday afternoon and ordered a platter of assorted meats and sides. We opted for chicken, pork ribs and pulled pork. They were out of brisket due to the rising cost of that cut. From the cashier to the servers, everyone was sweet as could be. Nice decor, not overly loud music. Food took a short while to arrive. It was delicious and filling. Ribs were smoky and tasty. They were not fall-off-the-bone, which I don't like anyway, but just right before that point. In other words, they were perfect. You add your own sauce and there were two choices: a sweeter "mild" and a bolder "Rib" sauce. Chicken was 1/2 a chicken and was tender, juicy and delicious. The pork was very good too.
