Petty pharmacist. I used to be on suboxone for years, mainly bc it helped with pain back then, however, it no longer helps relieve any of my pain the last year or 2. So when the pain clinic sent me in a mild narcotic pain med, the pharmacist refused to fill them bc they wanted to speak with the doctor to make sure they knew I had been on suboxone previously to protect his license, supposedly. In other word undermining the drs' order and acting as if they didn't do their jobs and run Kaspers, make me get MRIs, pass drug screens, and go by the rules and protocol. The Dr's office did do their job. That's why I waited for months for anything at all for pain. He gave me a hard time bc of my past, making me suffer longer without my medication and treating me as if I was NOT in pain, like I was ONLY seeking narcotics. I can honestly say, years ago, that may have been me, but now that I am really in more pain than before, I actually need them. He humiliated me to the people in line behind me, to the new pharmacy, in which he ask me to transfer my meds, and was not familiar with the doctors notes as stated with the prescription. He is obviously judgemental of ppl who are on and have been, and continue to be on suboxone. That's why he is being judged by myself for being a hater. I will NEVER return to them, nor will I ever understand ppl who have one belief and stereotype of ppl...
Read moreI understand that pharmacists need breaks, but the way this location handles it is unacceptable. I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:56 PM, waited in line, and just as I pulled up to the window at 1:00 PM, an employee put a “No Pharmacist on Duty” sign in my face and shut down for lunch—without a single word of warning.
If they need to close for lunch, fine. But customers who have been waiting, especially sick people trying to get their medication, deserve a heads-up instead of being strung along only to be turned away. A simple notice at the speaker or letting people know in advance would have made all the difference. Instead, I wasted my time and left feeling even worse.
I hope they improve how they handle this, because right now, it’s incredibly...
Read moreThe staff, from the cashier to the store manager, were all extremely friendly and helpful. Prices can be slightly higher than a larger general store for groceries or general items but cheaper than a quick stop somewhere. Also, they have a great variety of household items, otc medication, and general items, all while being your pharmacy as well! I had some issues with my prescriptions, but the pharmacy helped me every way they could to get it resolved. Honestly, I have had nothing but good experiences here! Also, very clean and a very...
