I wasn't pleased at how dismissive the representative was when I called and inquired about an eye exam this morning. It was almost like she couldn't be bothered. Which baffles me at a time like this when many people lost their jobs due to Covid, she's very fortunate to have a job at all. Less deserving though it seems to be frank. I was already upset that my glasses were lost, I didn't quite care to deal with her spice if you will. Well, it wont affect them any but we will be taking our business...
