Madisonville Krystal would not recommend serval issues 1 the guy at counter couldn't take order I would have too repeat 4 and 5 times I told him 4 times on everything then he accuse a person that place the order too lying which it was placed 4 times 3 the took all food and slam in boxes the two chillie pups we took back I wish I would have took a pic 1 bun 1 winnie and chillie all over box most Un professionals I've ever seen in my life there was no sense in there attitude and the food they served I want be back and neither will any of my family to make 83 year old man eat chillie pups like those was ridiculous the really should be ashamed of there self for sending that out not too mention the outside of box had melted milk shake all...

Tonight I went thru Krystal’s drive thru and from the moment I drove up to menu to order I was greeted with rude “what can I get you”. Upon asking about a coupon I had the worker acted like it was an inconvenience for them. When I got to the window the host, Joshua, questioned me twice about my coupons and I could over hear another worked inside the building yelling “you can’t use those” over and over again to another worker. I was asked to pull around and waited for 10+ minutes on my food spending almost $50 for my family. I watched 2-4 other cars move out of drive thru while watching the workers inside dancing by the window between cars. This is the second time I have been here and they have always been rude. Just ordered a 12 pack of cheese Krystals, ate one and thought it was “off” so I checked the next one, up to 4 of them were finished being cooked. So I went back in, APOLOGIZED FOR MYSELF for being the bearer of bad news. The lady who I assumed was a manager looked at my bag, more than once, then took it to the cook. THE COOK came back and argued with me “the meat is steam cooked which is why it’s still GREY, if it wasn’t steamed it would be red” I have had a LONG BAD day and didn’t feel like taking it out on this lady, but I would like to make it clear that I wouldn’t have walked back in if my food would’ve been the grey it was “supposed” to be, my food was still pink.
