I used to make my living from NY style pies... I had seen some of their posts and was curious. They were in the next town over from me, at Cofer's Garage in Rockwood, so I figured I should give them a shot.
I just grabbed a slice, planning to get another if it was good. I was full off of my single slice of pepperoni! If I'd had one beer instead of two, I probably would have gotten a second.
My slice was less than $5 before my tip, and it was EXCELLENT! The crust actually has some chew and flavor, which is seemingly so difficult to find around here!
Not too much sauce, right amount of cheese, good char on the crust without being burnt or too crispy.
They had parm, red pepper and garlic powder out to doctor it yourself... Honestly, my only complaint would be that they didn't have dried oregano in addition to those.
