I wanted to purchase a zero turn mower. The manager said that the one he had needed to be sent to be serviced, which is understandable. But when i arrived at the store there was two zero turn mowers. I questioned the manager about the other one he said it just came back from service. So i wanted that obe in which he replyed ok. We made the purchase but when the mower arrived at my house they brought a regular mower. I refused it an demanded my money back. The manager said he never told me i could get the nice zero turn that it also needed to go to service but sold me something i didnt want. To top it off him an the district manager was rude. The district manager took his side. Very unprofessional will never shop there agian an i will tell other people...

Unprofessional staff. After we paid for our item it was supposed to be delivered but on delivery day we were told we were not home but I was outside all day waiting then they claimed I had to show the driver proof of residency. We told them to just give us our money back and we ended up having to wait 2 days got several lies told to us throughout the whole encounter. Never again will we do business...
