Lady behind the counter was nice. X-ray tech was awesome. Everyone else was dismissive. I wasn't treated for the reason I was there. However, I was sent three separate bills: one for the X-rays, one for the visit, and another one for the doctor who was on duty that day. I asked for itemized bills, and everyone except for the doctor provided appropriate paperwork. The doctor's itemized bill had one line, "emergency department visit." When I called to ask about his, I was basically told that talking to Dr. Azubuike cost $1,152. This one doctor charges this much to brush off your concerns.
