I seldom ever give 5 stars, but these guys deserve it. I found my drink of choice about 2 years ago it's called not your Father's Root beer. But during the winter months it's impossible to find. When these guys would get an order in I would usually buy them out (it only comes in six pack bottles and is a little pricey considering). Last winter I happened to notice they always had it in stock. I didn't ask because I don't want my delusions to be shattered, but I still say they did it because they know that's the only thing I drink and at $13 for a six pack, and as I stated I usually always buy their stock out (okay I may leave one or two six packs for other people, but I usually buy four to five six packs at a time) why not keep it on the shelves for me in the winter time. They are very friendly they always ask if I want or need help carrying anything out even if I'm just carrying one case of beer for my husband. This is the only liquor...

The earlier reviews 3 years before this are seriously outdated. I was shocked to read them. I've lived in Minnesota for less than 3 months and one of my ventures at first was trying to find a good place to buy my spirits. I've tried them all within a descent radius and Liquor Barrel has been my absolute favorite. I feel wrong for going anywhere else because this location has won my loyalty again and again. The prices are very reasonable and yes the service is fantastic. I'm never not met with a genuine welcome and never not departed with a social good bye. I had been doing curbside pu with a liqour store in north saint paul and was very pleased until I called Saturday and they said they are no longer offering that service, with covid we dont go into any establishment, which I expressed they said well call back later. I spent alot each order. So i started to look for options and found liqour Barrel, taaaa daaaa! They had everything we needed, platinum customer service.
