Well my review WAS 5 stars. NOW 1 AND WOULD GIVE 0 IF I COULD! I came in this weekend both on November 19 & 20th. The worker that had been so helpful and knowledgeable before and was the sole employee I traveled several miles out of my way to visit and get honest information about products; apparently no longer works here any more. The owner told me that "Richard" stayed home today. Then my brother came into the store a few hours after me and was told a completely different story from the "owner" named Tareq according to the license on the wall. Now I find out that he quit due to the practices of the owner and its starting to make sense. They charge 4% extra when you use a debt card and hide it from customers. The one honest guy that was there, is no longer there. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The owner not only lied to me but gave me incorrect information about products he is selling. He told me thc-o, hhc, Delta 9 & delta 10 are all the same. They are not! Anyone who knows how to use Google or uses the product knows that! I will never be back and neither will my other 3 family members who also spend hundreds of dollars a week at that store over the last 3 months. If anyone knows where the white guy works (richard) now...

This shop has a wide variety of products displayed in a clean and orderly fashion. However, the employee at this location is extreemly rude, unenthusiastic, unhelpful and unwilling to answer questions. He is extreemly condescending and acts as though you should know exactly what you want when you walk in and not have a single question. I do not know if it is because I am a woman or if he is just rude. He seems to be bothered to help out with anything. He completly lacks basic customer service skills. I had gone to this shop several times dispite the rude salesman but, after the last experience and how extreemly rude and unaccommodating he was I will absolutly never shop there again. Being as vaping is a huge fad and there are shops on every corner you would think shop employees would be helpful and willing to answer questions in order to make you become a regular to that specific store every time you...

Doesnt pay his employees for time WORKED/CLOCKED IN, ONLY for hours "scheduled" to work. Charges 3.99% on credit card transactions and disciplines employees when they inform customers. Owner creates FAKE five * reiews on here. See the 2 generic reviews made prior to this review within seconds of each other! THAT DOESNT HAPPEN EVER AND I HAVE CALLED/CAUGHT HIM ON THIS BEFORE! Records AUDIO in store/bathroom/outside without posting signs that audio is being recorded on premesis. Our state requires single party consent. He doesnt tell employees or customers that recording of audio is taking place so how can 1 party consent? Charges tax on clothing & disciplines employees for removing tax on clothing.

If you're going to shop here, use discretion, ask for receipts, and research what you buy 1st. New employees have zero clue what is actually in the thc...
