My recent home renovation led me to an absolute gem: Advantage Gallery in Niles. What a pleasant find! The entire team was a delight, but I have to give a huge shout-out to Alex and the Matt and the warehouse team. I was looking for a floor model piece, and the service was still unmatched. Alex helped me with my research and his knowledge was truly unparalleled—no other store has come close to his immediate, expert insight on items. He definitely did not disappoint. The care they took with my floor sample was incredible. Marc in the warehouse team wrapped it so meticulously I thought it was being delivered to a queen... which I happen to think I am! It made for such a safe and easy drive home. The whole process, from finding the perfect piece to the smooth pickup, was a fantastic experience. The service here is truly top-tier. And the brands they carry are just incredible! For a homeowner like me, it's a dream to see so many high-end names all in one place. They have everything from DURAVIT, GROHE, and TOTO for baths, to THE GALLEY for kitchen workstations. You'll find faucets from ROHL and California Faucets, plus beautiful lighting from brands like TROY LIGHTING. If you're in the middle of a kitchen or bath remodel, don't walk, run to Advantage Gallery. The combination of knowledgeable staff like Alex and the efficiency of the warehouse team makes for a truly great experience....

We had a horrible experience here. Our cabinets came to us in the wrong color. We sent pictures to Mike (CFO, whom we were working with) at the store and he said there was nothing they could do about it. They even sent out a carpenter who told us that the wood color would change to what we ordered in about 6 months time. Whoever heard of that? We finally went to the CEO of Bertch, that manufacturer of the cabinets. They notified the store that they were going to make things right by us. The people at the store developed an attitude with us for going over their heads. Bertch had new cabinets made for us in 2 weeks! This is a much longer story but I will save you the details, just know that we would never ever do business with this store again. They don't care about the customer and they don't stand behind...

Ask for "GEORGE" you will not be disappointed. He is always in demand and you may have to wait a little bit but it is well worth it. My family and I have worked with him several times now over several years on both large and small projects and have never been disappointing. He is extremely knowledgeable, cost/quality savvy and will steer you in the best direction possible without being pushy. I equate it to going to your family member and ask them their opinion. He treats you and gives you advice as if you were one of his own. And there is absolutely no better feeling than knowing you are not being taken advantage of and are in good hands - the weight is...
