The staff are awesome! They are always so helpful there. Robert clearly has a plethora of knowledge of all things involving woodworking because both times I been in there for a specific purchase, this time was for a Festool CT48AC, he was very informative and helpful, answering my all my questions and explaining everything. When I asked about a vacuum adaptor to connect the new vacuum to my planer and jointer, he created an adapter for me, but still explained that why I couldn't find an adapter for them was because regular shop vacuums are not designed for that purpose and said they're design for dust collection systems, and did not try to sell me one. I asked a few questions about them and he answered them, but did not pressure me to buy that too. He's amazing and he and his staff are why I will return there many more times! Update: one year ago I purchased a $2700 20" planer from jet through woodcraft. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth the items form this store and sadly will never be back Jet has a 5 year warranty so this is the 5 time in a year this thing has had to have new parts for it to work after attempts to go to this store I kept getting the response to call the company well I think Jet is the worst company I have ever worked with. so today I am replacing feed rollers and table rollers and eccentric screws thanks for all the help I am about to just consider it a loss and toss it in the dump POS to the max just order from grizzly you will not see me in this store again thanks for the expensive...

I have been a hobbiest woodworker for over 20 years. Taught by my father and his father. Usually got my tools from big box stores and online, supplies from the same as well as local sawyers. Recently discovered this store don't know why I never decided to go there before! If you want to go somewhere with knowledgeable people, who make solid recommendations this is the place! You may be able to find power tools at a better price, but you won't find better knowledge elsewhere. You WON'T find a better supply of specialty items and supplies for woodworking anywhere else in Central Florida. If you are serious about your craft be warned now, if you step inside this store you will keep going back!
