I walked in alone with my twin 5 year old boys on our way home from a vacation. Asked the workers for frion and for some help putting it in. They told me they wouldn’t help me put it in, it was against company policy. I was in tears and begged them to help since we had no cold air in our car for the past 3 hours. There were 3 men standing behind the desk watching a desperate mom cry and just let me leave without helping me. Good lesson for my boys on how you never leave someone in need of help.
