Botanica Boricua — Local services in Manassas Park

Let me begin by saying this Botanica has the best price in the whole manassas area and trust me ive gone to all of the Botanica in manassas becuase every dollar saved is a big deal to me right at this moment in my life,I've been in the process of selling my house for the past 2 months with no luck, and my wife's friend sold her house within 2-3weeks no problem,so me joking around asked her what witchcraft did she performed that sold her house so quickly,and she told me about a ritual that she did with St. Joseph, she told me to find a Botanica in my area to purchase a st Joseph statue and so I did. My first impression going into the store was the smell,I fell in love with the smell so I asked the salesperson (Christian) what was that's smell and he told me it was incense he had just passed through the store so I had to get some,then I asked him about the st Joseph statue and he showed me it and answered all my question with patients,and the store got really busy so I couldn't ask all my questions because I didn't want to hold up the line but I will definitely be returning to get more items!

P.s this store has the best vibes compared to the other botanicas that I've been to

P.s.s I bought the st Joseph statue last week and I have not yet sold the house but my agent called me last night to inform me that i got my very first 2 offers since in the market so we will see what happens thank you Christian for your patient...

My low rating is for the tarot card reading. I live about an hour away from this location and heard they had someone who knew how to read cards. I got there at 12pm & did not speak to him until 2pm, not because it was busy, but because he didn't show up on time. There were people waiting for him before I arrived & they all left because they got tired of waiting. What was the more annoying part is that he kept calling the store saying he was on his way when in fact he was not. The very last call he made to the store was around 1pm saying he was eating lunch & would get there soon, even tho he had spent the last hour saying he was almost there. He doesn't seem to respect or care about people's time. Now, the reading was the worst I've ever had. I asked a total of 3 questions & the reading lasted less than 4 minutes. He didn't really answer my questions, it seemed more like he wanted to sell me products. He didn't seem clear on his answers and some of the answers I got were way off. I left concerned & confused. Image driving a little over an hour & having to wait over 2 hours to see someone who doesnt seem to know what they're doing. Definently don't recommend this place for a reading. However, they do have alot of products available for whatever you need to do. That's the only good thing I saw...

I came to this particular botanica because the one near my house was closed today. I walked in and there were 3 Spanish women, 2 which were customers it seemed. I walk in and start looking at candles and incense. I assume the two other customers knew the cashier of some sort. Why did one of the customers- heavy set spanish lady follow me around the store. She acted as if she was looking at the products in the store but she was actually watching me the whole time. She finally left when i was done shopping and was ready to be rung up. This is the first time I have encountered this type of situation at this botanica. FYI yes I am African American and yes we do take part in spiritual activiteis and need supplies too. To top it all off, the cashier spoke no english, so I couldnt ask any questions about certain items I was looking for. I won't be going back to this store. And if your a person of color, I'd advise for you to go...
