I needed a washing machine for king size comforter and also wanted it brand new. I found a really nice 5.3 LG under scratch and ding and was happy with the condition. I checked on my phone and it was fairly priced compared to new ones but I noticed some of the new ones are priced the same as Home Depot or on LG website also priced the same at the time maybe they had sales going on.

I unfortunately didn’t plug it in and check to see if it turned on, so I took it home same day on my truck gave it a cleaning and when I tried to plug it in did not turn on. I tried everything until I decided to call the store and speak with the one in charge. I was able to get on the phone same day with the same guy who helped me pay. He said he can exchange for another one the next day cause they were closing.

Next day I show up and they did have another LG unit but it was much smaller and wouldn’t work for my sheets. I had tried to look around for one I saw the day before but it was sold! Thank fully I was able to ask for a refund only because the product was defective and they didn’t have a similar model.

Be aware on the receipt it says sold as is no returns, try and look online with the model number for a price idea of a new one, check to see if it works, check for all dings but they do give warranty’s on some items and they are willing to help the customer if it makes sense. If you buy something it last a year it won’t apply but this was my experience buying my first washing machine, I would go back if I had to just do...

I am very disappointed with this company. We checked with them about purchasing a laundry center (stackable washer dryer unit). They had one that had not been checked in yet, that we purchased and told us it would be ready to go that following tuesday. So we went ahead and purchased it, and my husband went back Tuesday to pick it up. We purchased a kenmore but when my husband went to pick it up, they gave him a fridgidaire. Never said they switched it out. Realized after he brought it home that it was not the one we purchased. We called they said the one we purchased was having a problem so they replaced it with this one. They told us previously with the kenmore that it would be tested, ran, and cleaned up. We looked at the one my husband was given, the foot on the bottom is missing, the water intakes were both full of what looked to be sand and dirt, we had to change the electrical cord...which the screw was almost impossible to get off, it finally just snapped, we took the cover off to attach the exhaust vent, and it was covered with dust, there was tape residue left on the dryer door. C'mon guys I know you can do better than this. I had to take care of all the cleaning you told me you would do before I could use it. If you would be willing to refund part of my money, I would be willing to change my rating. Otherwise I will not be buying...

I bought a new, "scratch and dent" washing machine at the Manassas location. The cost was about half the MSRP, and that included delivery, hookup, and hauling off my old machine. I also have the same warranty I would have with any new machine. The machine worked as promised, but within a week I was unable to wash anything and an error message popped up on the control panel. I called Abdul, the manager who sold me the machine, and he offered to get a repairman out the same day. I couldn't wait for a technician that day, so we agreed to the next day, and Abdul gave me his cell number so we could keep in touch via text. I got a text before the tech came out. Oscar came and immediately saw that a spring which holds the door gasket in place was missing. He apologized and said he would be out "tomorrow" with the spring. This was a bit of a miscommunication, because this was on a Friday, and "tomorrow" would have been Saturday. Oscar meant he would be out the next working day, Monday. He came out Monday, popped the spring in place, tested the machine, and all has been well ever since. It's been about a month since I've had the washer, and it does everything Abdul said. When a problem came up, the shop dealt with it. And since it's in my basement, I couldn't care less about the scratches. This has been a great deal overall. I would definitely buy...
