If I could I would give this ZERO stars. I wish I would have read reviews about this place sooner! My coworker took me out for my birthday lunch there and as soon as we sat down and starting eating the food. This baby roach comes out. I call the waiter and he kills it and takes it with him to show his boss. The waiter comes back out and says that they hire pest control services to come out to treat for this type of problem every 2 days and because they hide so well its hard to attack the problem and that his boss told him that if we have any type of discomfort to come talk to her. The waiter leaves and me and my coworker are just in disbelief. DO WE HAVE DISCOMFORT?!?! UM YES! THERE ARE COCKROACHES ON OUR TABLE!!! Then as we are still in shock for 2 more minutes a cockroach that is 4 times bigger than the other one start coming out!! I SCREAM AND I GET UP FROM THE TABLE. The waiter comes back and kills it and takes it to the boss. We are at this point in time following suite because I no longer have an appetite. The "boss" who is the Asian women who seats people with the baby infant on her hip, says we give you 15% off. Yes, people we still had to pay for our food. The waiter still tried to downplay the situation repeating to us the pest control situation. HOWEVER the joke was on them for trying. NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE COMES TO TREAT A BUSINESS EVERY TWO DAYS! With baby cockroaches and adult cockroaches you definitely need to fumigate! WILL NEVER BE RETURNING! Thanks but no thanks. I highly recommend them for their sushi! I am a big sushi fan...We are New Yorkers and I ate sushi in New York City literally every single day (and occassionally twice in a day) in the late 90's and my husband and I and even the kids are all big sushi fans. I generally get take out from here...Today I got it made to order from the nice sushi chefs there. I brought home approximately $105 worth of sushi (by regular restaurant prices) plus a few styrofoam trays of very decent Chinese food all for about $65. Everyone was very happy with the dinner. Certain other items there are not my favorites, but I really don't care. My husband and I both thought the sushi was fresh tasting, which is more than I can say for many regular restaurants. My husband is extremely picky about these sorts of things and there are a whole bunch of times I've given him something that tasted fine to me but he thought had an off or rotten flavor so this says a lot. I've been here 3 times in total so far. I wanted to come here a few times before I write the review to see how consistent this place is. Let's start off with the service. The service could use some work. Whenever I get done drinking my water, I noticed that I have to sit about 5-10 mins before someone realize that I'm out of water. Also, when I'm ready to pay I have to sit there for a few mins to wave someone down. Lastly, every time I go, I notice the floor is always wet. So just be careful on the floors. There are a good variety of food selections, but it could be more in my opinion. Those are my only negatives about the place. The food is really good and very tasteful. The hibachi area is nice; the guys back there do a really good job. I like how they seat you when you come in, it's always some privacy. I stay in Herndon and they have nasty Chinese food so I drive 28 mins to go to this place and it hits every time. That King buffet place is so disgusting in town so I will continue to go back to this place, back again and again and...
