Sold us something that was broken and missing parts. Came right back and wouldn't take care of us. They state no refunds but less than a half hour later? We didnt want a refund, we wanted a replacement. Would not recommend this place. Told us we had to go through the manufacturer ourselves to have it replaced and didn't even offer us the information. The warranty is for replacement only so wanting to have something for the night would have meant buying another to have two of something when we only want one. Why would I buy anything...

Ppl are always friendly and helpful. when there was an item i found that i love i was looking for it and they didn't have any but the gentleman that was there was super nice and he offered to purchase some. The next time I went they had it... Not sure what else to say other than i usually make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in Manchester. No issues with the store or any of the people I've encountered there. They also have a tattoo shop on...

If you haven't been in a while, check back in. They have expanded their inventory and have listened to the desires of their customers. Just wish it wasn't so dang expensive. I don't mind the the judgment of others and their opinions of me just by going in. I just loathe the feeling of leaving empty-handed. I'm a tactile person but a competitive shopper as well hopefully the internet does not put them out...
