Literally stay away from this place. You could find a way better way cheaper option somewhere else. If I could give a place zero stars I would. First this gym is a whole scam. My recent experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. From start to finish, my was a complete letdown, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. From not being able to get through to someone on "staffed hours" to the complete lack of transparency when signing up this is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with.
Firstly, the customer service I received throughout this ordeal was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested, unresponsive, and lacked any sense of professionalism. It was as if my concerns were an inconvenience to them, and they made minimal effort to address my needs or provide satisfactory assistance. I had tried several times to contact their billing department and honestly contacting a fictional character is easier than getting through the billing department to speak to a human.
Furthermore, the quality of the product/service I received was shockingly poor. There's a literal hole in the wall at the gym that has not even been fixed since I started in May, it is now July. I expected much better considering the price I paid ($56), and it is disheartening to realize that I wasted my hard-earned money on such a substandard offering.
It became apparent that proper planning and attention to detail were sorely lacking, resulting in a chaotic and frustrating experience that left me feeling disillusioned. My friend and I completely got scammed through this entire process and honestly my one advice I would give to someone is ask questions and make sure they properly explain the gym contract to you. First we signed up for a trial period. Upon signing up the worker told us we would be making payment every two weeks of $25 soon to find out that when I went to cancel I had to pay $56. Now this would seem fair but then I canceled in June so I wouldn't have to keep going in July and paying for it but when I went in to cancel I was told I would have to make a July payment of $56 even though that wasn't what I was told upon signing up. Also why would I have to pay to use the gym in July if i was canceling?
Throughout the entire process, it became evident that the company's commitment to customer satisfaction was nonexistent. Instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings, they were defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to rectify the situation. I went to cancel and was told I signed up for a 12 month contract and I could not cancel until the 12 months was up. Now that I am at the end of my 12 months I have tried emailing, calling-leaving voicemail and have not heard anything back about canceling.
I went to this gym consistently for a few months where in that time no repairs had been made. Holes in the wall, broken machines with signs on then. I have not been back in months and would not be surprised if the gym was in the same shape. I will attempt to go in person to cancel.
I went through a life hardship and could not find the same time to make it to the gym. When I spoke with the manager I explained everything and was told "there is nothing we can do. You have to pay for 12 months even though you can't come in. Contact us when the 12 months are up."

As I put my things down to get ready to use the machine he approaches me already in a hostile manner stating I am using the wrong membership. I mention it is my husbands and have been using it for a long time since we were under the impression that it wouldn’t be a problem. He brings me into the office still with an attitude I have my husband on the call talking with him to see if he could just add me to the membership but according to the gentleman they don’t do joint memberships. My husband and I apologized since we did not know and again have been doing it for awhile since he has had his membership for years. Due to the way this gentleman handled the situation with hostility, attitude and disrespect my husband will now be cancelling his membership and we will go elsewhere where.
