Was going there for years and have many shirts from them with embroidery for work. Recently went in and the lady didn’t even let me finish and just said it’s a 15 minimum not even asking what I needed. I gave them a logo in differant sizes. Perfectly shaped. The lady made the circle in my logo an ovel shape. When I pointed it out. She said the letters look good.I kept pointing out that this is a circle and not an oval. That I wanted them redone. She refused. She refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this shop.
