CVS — Local services in Manchester

The only CVS worse than this one is the Hebron, CT location, due to their gross negligence and incompetence in dispensing medicine. The pharmacy staff at the East Middle Tpke location in Manchester is among the rudest, least helpful I've ever experienced. I have been preemptively interrupted and screamed at in the drive thru, and had a pharmacy tech whose idea of customer service was to turn his computer screen around at me and say, "See? I got nothin for you," plus have had them try to blame all of their mistakes on the Dr's office, (I've been on the same scripts with the same Dr's office for over a decade). There is ONE semi older, longish silver haired gentleman who works at the pharmacy who is absolutely a shining star of professionalism and courtesy, but that's it. I thought they reserved their general contempt for their customers, but even the nurse at my Dr's office said they were so incredibly rude and unhelpful, was there ANY other place I could go for my scripts? The thing that I laugh about is that this branch has about 6000 handwritten, colored in signs directing customers about all the things that are or aren't allowed that are borderline harassment. These adorable signs preceded the COVID-19 situation by years, and their tone has progressively gotten more and more abusive, authoritarian, and caustic. Just walked out the CVS in Middle Tpke in Manchester & after 15mins of looking for assistance, store manager Gabriel Brooks comes out the back stating that he's been watching me and that no I wasn't at the store for 15mins. He comes out and says that no I have not been there 15mins so I was like ok 12mins. Guess he didn't like it, because as were at the register I asked him that maybe it was 12mins not 15mins that I was waiting, Gabriel Brooks, the store manager, proceeded to state that if I keep talking he's going to cancel my order, and he did. So first of all, u mean to tell me u saw me strolling isle after isle looking for one item & u didnt come out to help?! But the minute some one cashes out and the buzzer starts going off u come from the back of the store with all that mouth talking about that I wasn't at the store 15mins because he was looking at me... CVS Pharmacy is unprofessional and RUDE! They have people answering the phones unprofessionally and speaking to customers like trash. What’s being accepted for customer service these days is laughable. I was laughed at and hung up on by one pharmacist who REFUSED to put a manager on the phone when I asked her to and then decided to laugh at me before hanging up on me. I was already upset so she continued to engage with me arguing back n forth instead of deescalating the situation. When I called back after her hanging up on me. I asked for a supervisor and she again refused to put them on the phone and she continued instigating me. I’m disgusted and definitely changing my pharmacy because of their ignorant staff!
