Rainbow Shops — Local services in Manchester

Upon entering the store, There was a woman standing by clothing browsing thru the clearance items etc, I heard sneezing and automatically looked up to see her with her mask pulled down, and her visibly covering her nose as she let out multiple sneezes, and then proceeded to continue to touch the clothing and so on, I was disappointed because I went over to the lady that worked there and notified her of her actions, only for the her to look at me like she wasn’t doing anything wrong, now, I don’t know if she didn’t understand English or what, but the fact that this woman continued to touch the clothing and not sanitize herself ( hands) in particular scared me enough to end my shopping at this location, I know we can never be too safe Etc during this Covid Epidemic but when you visibly see this kind of behavior and say something to the employee and they do nothing about it, even if she mentioned to her to pull her mask back over her face and offer hand wash before proceeding with her shopping Etc but nope she did nothing at all. Gross and hopefully she’s not a carrier.. of this...

10am in the morning and all you hear through out the store was a girl banging on the counter, yelling and swearing at what seemed to be the bank for a mistake they made. Then tells myself that she has to take care of something and has me leave while she closes the store. This situation should of been handled away from the front end and away from customers. Its extremely inappropriate to have an employee acting in this matter....

I give this place a 3 🌟 because although their store is massive/huge compared to other Rainbow stores this one didn't have anything that I found pleasing for myself. I always find several outfits at the other stores that I couldn't find myself leaving with out, a must buy. But this one, I found myself leaving empty handed. Kind of sad. But I do give them credit for their size and...
