Hi, My name is Mariea Gosdin. I am 69 years old. I cut grass at a water plant in Pine Mtn, Ga. Last week I got stuck in the ditch on my mower. No problem, I had my four wheeler with me so I went and got it and hooked it up to the mower. It wouldn't budge! All of a suden a Ranger Gas truck pulled in the driveway. I wondered if they were just turning around or were they going to help me. I needed someone on both the mower and the four wheeler. THEY WERE STOPPING TO HELP ME! HALLELUJAH!!! Well, then came along the Ga.State Patrol. Naturrally he turned on his blue lights. I wasn't embarrassed enough. Lol. He (state patrol) stopped traffic in one direction and one of the Gas guys stopped traffic in the other direction. I drove the four wheeler and other Gas guy drove the mower. All went well and I am fine, however there are several wreaths on the side of road memorializing lives that have been lost on that little strip of the highway and I am grateful that they stopped to help me. Very disappointed with this company. Just spoke to Buddy who is very rude! Spent over $6,000 for water heater that was installed on June. I called last week to tell them at had frozen and was told that is what happens when it's cold. They said to let it thaw out and it should be fine but water is pouring out of it. I called back today to tell them and they said the warranty only covers parts and labor, not the cost of needing a new eater heater.I will...

These people are rude and incompetent.
