Wiseguys Wings & Pizza — Restaurant in Manchester

We were in town for a game, and I always like to eat at a local place. If you are looking for a place that has a lot of atmosphere and ambiance, you will be disappointed here. However, this is one place where judging the book by its cover will be a mistake.

First, the service was great. All of the folks were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

Second, the food was great. I had a calzone, and it was honestly the best one that I can remember. I don’t say that lightly as I am very particular about quality food.

No customer service whatsoever. You're greeted like it's an issue for you to order. There seems to be a huge lack of management, with the front employees just hanging out when they could be cleaning up the tables. and the food has steadily gotten worse since they opened.

Edit** tried again to see if it got better. It hasn't. Was greeted rudely after making a pick up order, then had to go BACK in for other parts of my order. Got all the way home and realized they forgot, after checking it twice while I was there, another entree. Had to drive all the way back just to get it. And it seems like they went up in prices again. Everytime I order a regular large cheese pizza, they make it extra cheese and charge me for it. When I demand regular cheese, they tell me it will burn. Like somehow pepperoni stops a pizza from burning. If it's on the menu I should be able to get it. Employee gets very rob rude when I tell her I've been getting the same pizza for years with no problem. When my regular cheese pizza came out burnt, I asked for money back and was told to just quit going there. Highly disappointed. 5 stars for otherside breakfast.
