This place is wonderful if you’re a bride and looking for a dress for your BIG day! I myself had spent hours scouring the internet for the perfect place to find my wedding dress and this place stuck out like a sore thumb in the best way! Reviews looked promising, pictures showcased the beautiful setup they have, and I couldn’t help but wonder what dresses they might have.. so I set up an appointment and here we are now! I found my dress and it was breathtakingly beautiful! Let’s just say... the hubs couldn’t hold his composure when he saw me walking down the aisle and he lost it!!! These dresses do not disappoint!! ;) the experience here was just lovely! Joann was the sweetest, felt like I’d known her for years because she was just so personable and entirely sweet, and genuine through the whole process. Anything I needed and she was there to help in every possible way! I even purchased a veil elsewhere because I had been looking for something very specific and they were more than happy to press it for me for the big day! Melanie was a great help as well and assisted in every way possible! And the best part is that they are living your big day with you, they were just as excited as me... and I can’t help but love when someone else has such a passion for what they do, that they keep the excitement thriving within you.. even when things start to get stressful! It’s a wonderful feeling! And the seamstress, Barb.. she did amazing on the finishing touches of my dress! It felt and looked incredible! If I could give this place more than five stars, I would! My wedding was at the end of May. This shop was the first one that I went to based on google reviews at the beginning of February. My friends and I spent about 2 hours at this shop and during our visit, we were not offered even water. Plus, I didn't feel very comfortable being asked about personal questions while trying on dresses. In the end, I found a dress that we all liked but I felt kinda under pressure to pay for the whole price right away at that night if I want to get some discount. The dress was expensive and I didn't even get to try other stores. But so far nothing concerned me until the day I went in for the alteration! When I tried the dress on, I was super disappointed! The dress was huge and also guess what? The dress had several holes in it!!! Right! Holes all over the train and the skirt! I hated it so much that day! And I ended up paying much more for alteration to alter the dress down two sizes! It was an off-shoulder gown and when I wore it on my wedding's day, one of the shoulders was much longer than the other and it was looking ridiculous, hanging from my shoulder. I should mention that I got reimbursed about 10% of the dress price for the holes but when you pay lots of money to have a perfect dress, getting a bit money back wouldn't fix the issue. It wasn't a pleasant experience and I won't recommend this place to any friends. Finally, after several months, I got the courage to write a review. Where to start!! I had a gown I was dieing to try on. Melanie at Sincerely Yours was the only one who offered to get the gown in for me to try on. I called every store in the area who offered the brand of the same dress and no one else was willing to do the same. I also had a couple of other visions I was attempting to try to obtain and communicated a lot through email before even meeting Melanie. She was incredibly helpful and tried in every way to help me find my gown! Upon arriving for my appointment Melanie was super accommodating for our group. We tried on several gorgeous gowns but wouldn’t you know it the one Melanie offered to order for me was THE ONE! Melanie remembers details too! Not only about my dress but about other aspects of my life! It was so much more meaningful to work with her and the other staff and know that they care enough to remember everything! We ordered our bridesmaids dresses through Melanie as well and everything was a breeze. We went to another large bridal store and checked out some gowns and the entire experience was so different and off putting. Melanie was super helpful during the dress process before the wedding as well as after the wedding! I will be using a service they provide to clean and preserve my gown at a super reasonable price!
