I went several months to get an 8 on 8 set of 10 karat white gold. The initial mold job wouldn’t stay on my teeth and wasn’t the quality I was hoping for after paying like $900 (after tax) and they didn’t do refunds. The dude said he’d get me right though, so I waited a few weeks before going back to check on them, there was nobody there. I went a couple more times after that throughout the months to check and still nobody was there or answering the phone. Today the guy finally answered the phone saying he moved locations to Miami and that he told all of the clients ahead of time of this location change. I have no recollection of hearing about this and now I’m down $900 with no grillz. :( very disappointed right now. Only reason he got 2 stars was bc he seemed like a nice guy and a genuine...

So much I could say...but to keep it short. DON'T DO IT! Take your business elsewhere. I went there for a bottom 6 tooth grill for $250. Provided a picture of exactly how I wanted it and recieved something totally different. He offered to fix it but it wouldn't have looked right. It was already ugly. So I asked for a refund. Then dude had the nerve to say the he'll only give $180 back but wanted to keep $70. So I was like soooo you're not gonna give me my money back because of YOUR error??
