Fish & More Restaurant — Restaurant in Mangonia Park

I have ate here before okay service they are always rude and treat people as though they are beneath them they are very junky. Look in the back. With one African American on the grill the rest are Muslim. Ok about two weeks ago I caught a cab there so ofcource you know I called and ordered. Got there dude only had one plate when I ordered two, now you know they fixed and gave it to someone else. So of course I had to pay the cab to wait. Ok today I go in now i am peeping scenery this time he told me back 2 shrimp chicken dinners and orka w. A drink why he did the same thing and charge for one which you know he knew two plates it two of us so he hands me one plate...but his bus boy went and took my plate to drive thru to clear his line. Now i am in here for 20 mins i ask to speak...

My first time there was yesterday. I was greeted by a friendly attendant who explained a thing or two about their service and food. I was very pleased with the "small" portion of snapper (real snapper) fillets and rice. Chunky pieces of fish fried perfectly to the least amount of grease possible for fried fish. I think french fries would have been a better choice than the parboiled yellow rice. I'll have that next time, for I will definitely return to savor their modestly priced dishes. The only reason for a four star is that this restaurant is definitely short on expected trimmings at a fish place, like lemon slices for example. To be fair, they did offer packaged lemon juice. And there is nothing fancy about the place, but the food value is without pair. I plan on...

I frequent fish and more weekly. Today I ordered the conch and shrimp. I got home realize the conch wasn't fresh and had a slight smell to it. I called back and talked to Sal over the phone. His response was to bring it back as if he didn't believe me. I had no intentions of bringing it back. I just wanted him to know so he wouldn't serve it to other customers. Yet I took it back and Sal said he checked his supply and the milk and it was fine. I told him to smell or check what he served me. He continued to imply that I wasn't correct. I left the conch, coleslaw, okra, French fries,and the mushrooms. I didn't even request a refund because it wasn't a customer friendly encounter for me. I will no longer be a customer. Sincerely...
