This was my go-to patty bakery. I usually order cocktail patties for family/office gatherings and was prettyvsatisfied with the patties and service. I placed an order earlier this week. It was a same day request and they did agree to honor that request. I was asked to pay up front because of the late request. I asked the cashier if I needed to call to confirm the order later that day. She told me I did not have to call to confirm because I paid up front. I arrived st the bakery at the scheduled time and my order was not ready. The baker was called to the front. He was very rude, unconcerned, unapologetic and did not acknowledge my presence. He told the cashier ( not the morning cashier) I needed to confirm the order forty minutes before pick up. I received poor customer service with that familiar attitude - I have so many other customers who will continue to come here no matter what, and I don’t care about your $27.00 order. Well you know what? That was my last time at your bakery, and I will voice my dissafaction to anyone who mentions...
Read moreI was in this Bakery on 6/6/2013. I was over charged for (5) Beef Patties. $9.45 I called store and informed them I was over charged. This is 2nd time I had a problem with young female taking the orders. She is rude and display poor customer service skills. When I asked to speak with the Manager on duty (6/6/2013 3:30pm) he apologized, however my money was not offered back to me. He said I could come over for two more patties, I wanted my money. I am in charge of family events and community events unfortunately for my next family event I will continue to use Joseph Market to cater. It is very sad when you want to use Island Bakery and give back to the community we encounter such poor customer service and "I donot care attitude if you come back". Well Island Bakery you will not have to worry about my company patronizing your business. We will take our business to Dumplin. Dumplin maybe farther in distance, however it will be worth it for good customer service. R.G....

This place is always packed — and for good reason! I make it a point to stop by every single time I’m working in West Palm Beach, just for their Jamaican-style spicy beef patties. They’re absolutely unbeatable — flavorful, fresh, and just the right amount of spice.

If you’re planning a party or need some authentic snacks, this spot has you covered — just make sure to call ahead and they’ll take care of you. Island Style is...
