I wish negative stars were an option. My boyfriend purchased a necklace here for my birthday and they reassured him that if I wasn't happy I could come in and get something I was happy with and refund him the difference.

Well when the time came around that I wanted to change it out for something else they said no and that he wouldn't be refunded it would be store credit if anything. (You should mention that to your buyers) I decided to keep my necklace, which in my opinion is way overpriced for the quality. I asked them if I'd be able to get the clasped changed to something that wouldn't fall off, they responded rude and unhelpful. Extremely stuck up. I ended up going to another jewelry store and changed the clasps myself.

After 2 weeks of wearing the necklace the stone started chipping and became really sharp to have around my neck. I refused to go back and deal with their attitude. When my boyfriend went in and talk to them about fixing it. They started off by saying no we won't fix it and she must have dropped it. I'm sorry if I can't wear a necklace that cost $700 around my neck without chipping then you shouldn't be pricing your costume jewelry so high. They agreed to send it back to the maker. What do you know. Another month has gone by and would you guess it. Chipping again and extremely sharp. Will see what they say this time around.

MY ADVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED STORE AND RUDE STAFF.

Had a bad experience with one of their employees. I came in asking if they sold a particular brand in their store because the brand website says it is sold here. I approached the employee saying loudly “excuse me” to which I was visibly ignored. I asked politely again, “excuse me” asking her the question. She told me she does not think so then asked another coworker saying they don’t know and that they think their “sister store” up the street carries it. The original employee I encountered then told me that I should check that store because “you look like someone who would shop there” and proceeds to say that their sister store they is for a more younger crowd. I experienced the most genuine hospitality on my most recent shopping trip at Wright’s.

As soon as I set foot in the store I was greeted by every member of the female-led team and offered assistance if needed. Its honestly the little things that I feel sometimes get lost in the retail experience, eye contact, positive body language and beautiful smiles.

I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade and know above and beyond service when I see it. The entire team deserves recognition for making me feel so welcome.
