I wish negative stars were an option. My boyfriend purchased a necklace here for my birthday and they reassured him that if I wasn't happy I could come in and get something I was happy with and refund him the difference.
Well when the time came around that I wanted to change it out for something else they said no and that he wouldn't be refunded it would be store credit if anything. (You should mention that to your buyers) I decided to keep my necklace, which in my opinion is way overpriced for the quality. I asked them if I'd be able to get the clasped changed to something that wouldn't fall off, they responded rude and unhelpful. Extremely stuck up. I ended up going to another jewelry store and changed the clasps myself.
After 2 weeks of wearing the necklace the stone started chipping and became really sharp to have around my neck. I refused to go back and deal with their attitude. When my boyfriend went in and talk to them about fixing it. They started off by saying no we won't fix it and she must have dropped it. I'm sorry if I can't wear a necklace that cost $700 around my neck without chipping then you shouldn't be pricing your costume jewelry so high. They agreed to send it back to the maker. What do you know. Another month has gone by and would you guess it. Chipping again and extremely sharp. Will see what they say this time around.
MY ADVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERPRICED STORE AND RUDE STAFF.
We always try to support local businesses but this is the last time we will ever shop here.
