Do you like the taste of hair ( found this in my ice cream sandwiche) also had the experience below
I've always had good experiences at MBC but recently i had an experience that made me not want to go back. I was talking to one of the workers "Giselle" and she was unprofessional and rude in her conduct towards me. I asked if was at the right place to order and scowling at me said NO YOU ARE NOT, i was like ok.... hope she was just having a bad day. Then said in a condescending voice, you can go to that counter or this other counter to order ( i was literally 2 feet away from where she wanted me to stand to order...). I hope others don't have negative experiences with Giselle like i have. On the other hand the other lady who was a bit older helped me and was super nice 10/10 for her. I tried the Sticky Bun Sundae, which featured a warm cinnamon roll paired with Sticky Bun Crunch ice cream, hot caramel sauce, and pecans. The sundae was already indulgent, but I topped it off with strawberry cheesecake ice cream, adding a tangy contrast to the rich flavorsâit was absolutely delicious. I also tried the Special Cheesecake, a Ferrero Rocher-inspired frozen cheesecake covered in chocolate, offering a delightful mix of creamy and crunchy textures.

Their ice cream looked artificial and not at all small batch or home made. Tried a couple and was extremely sugary and tasted synthetic. Ended up getting a small cone of sorbet- but that was also extremely sugary and threw it in the trash after three licks- it gave me diabetes. Overall $10 for that and a water. Most overhyped ice cream shop Iâve ever been to. If you like those giant tubs of grocery story ice cream you will like this place. If you are a connoisseur and know diff between quality and highly processed ice cream and gelato you wont be thrilled.
Also- the store itself is not cute and very chaotic and disorganized. Staff not...
