So saddened this use to be sich a beautiful gem found in manheim untill a rude older woman manager came to work for the self owned place . I never in my life was more disrespected and fwlt attacked as I did visiting this place . I always usually visited this place with my Girl friends and family members after the new manager started working there we started getting greeted with bad looks and be snubbed off when we asked questions i also thought many times it was due to our sexual orientation but was never sure due to my gd havingshort hair and wearing guy appareal4. Today it all came to the light how this lady felt about us as Gay individuals. After sitting a vase aside for me to purchse but due to my hands being full i sat it down for a few moments while my gf and good friwnd were looking at pants . The manager came storming down yelling about the vase not being in the proper spot where she sat it and was very angry and upset. I begain to question what she was speaking of and saying ok ok im purchasing that . No worries she continued to yell and scream and yelled ill put it at the front !! As she walked away I said you are being extremely rude to us . she then came storming back charging my friend and getting in her face as well as shaking her finger saying i know all about you type of people you and what you do and how you live you have no idea ! I stood there in shock as she looked at my girl friend and my friwnd who also wear guy apparel and i believe due to me being more feminine she didn't direct it towards me . My friend started to try and clam her down saying man calm down im sorry but you being very rude rhis isnt profession she began to acream she shouldnt have to follow and watch us kind of pwople this isnt her job as though we offended her by being in the store .My friend said yes this is your job . she walked away very angry still yelling we looked at eachother and decided to to exit . she left the front and went into the hallway area od rhe buisness we knew we woukd have to pass her as we exited which concerned us . as we exited the door I said i will be reporting this and i started to walk down the hallway she began to once again charge us. Saying oh really who you gonna call who are you gonna tell i then told her i woukd contact the towns borough she laughed in my face and said good luck with that we are privately owned . They wont care . she then again started to get in my face and shaking her dinger once again when another ge tleman showed up at the door a customer i assume he had a few giggles about this situation where i didnt blame him the lady was absolutely bonkers . I then yelled and told her to get out of my FACE and said how disrespectful it is she yelled to get out you type of people dont come back here . I walked away and Then she followed us into the porch area still ranting and i turned around and said this is sad . We made it to our car but once inside we looked at eachother and felt our hearts sink that we still live in such a world that is full of such racism and bigots . I could understand if maybe we were showing emotion or some pda to upset her but to be treated rhis way for being gay and using the excuse a vase being out of place was just wrong i will never return to this place if this woman still...

I decided to visit the store today and during my visited I was so shocked to see how customers were treated by An employee that works here by the name of Cindy. I have never seen such a thing in my life. She kicked out 4 individuals who were simply shopping for items in the store . I heard the one girl asking if it was because they had a black individual with them. Which I think was the case because she had no other reason to approach these people in the manner she did. She was pointing her finger in their faces and screaming so loud. I walked right out after I saw this incident. I Will not return . What is...

I wish there was a no star this is a wonderful little store but I wish the board would have better management i have been kicked out for god only knows I am well known in this town I am a good person and I don't start drama, but if there was new management I would come back...
