Bearly Enough — Local services in Mansfield

The person that answers the phone to assist and answer questions for customers is rude and disrespectful. The first call, I was cut off and talked over when asking for assistance with getting flowers delivered for a family member's funeral. I didnt even get to.finish my question. The second call (hours later), the person actually stated (very rudely) that she was so busy blah blah because of a funeral on Friday and actually named my deceased family member so disrespectfully by her first name and so aggressively. She didn't even know if I was inquiring about that funeral. I asked her to update the message on the flowers, only then did she put two and two together and realize I was affiliated with the family member she just blasted. Horrible customer service, I called 4 times and before I could say “hello” they hang up. They finally answer the 5th time… I go on and tell her that I have an order that hasn’t been delivered and I just wanted an update. She very rudely replies “ well we have more then 75 orders I need the order number to look you up”. Over the phone I hear she hands the phone to someone else, and tells her to help me. This new lady was much helpful and nice. She tells me that they gave my order to some other company and don’t know if they will deliver it.
